At Wezandla African Craft Traders, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
Within South Africa (nationwide)
Internationally (selected countries)

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@wezandla.co.za or online@wezandla.co.za to confirm shipping availability.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Custom-made or handcrafted items may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout – Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Quoted on email.  Available on special request ONLY

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on country and customs).
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • If you experience delays, please check with the courier before contacting us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in our prices.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@wezandla.co.za or online@wezandla.co.za, and we will assist in locating your order.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary.
