Wezandla’s products are shipped worldwide. Every endeavor is made to ensure that goods ordered by a customer leave Wezandla’s premises as soon as possible. The customer will be responsible for the cost of delivery, any certification / fumigation / permit costs pertaining to exotic woods, skins, animal horns, grass and/or egg shell products.
Wezandla will issue an appropriate commercial invoice in accordance with South African tax laws (VAT exclusive for all international orders) in respect of each order placed. The customer will be liable for all import duties and taxes once the goods arrive at their destination. Should a customer require goods to be sent as a gift where all duties and taxes are paid up front in full, the customer must email such request to Wezandla who will arrange the relevant delivery of the goods to the recipient thereof. A customer or the person taking delivery on behalf of a customer (as the case may be) will be required to sign a proof of delivery (“POD”). Goods may not be delivered without a POD being physically signed and the goods received by a natural person.
General Returns & Exchanges If, for any reason, a customer is not entirely satisfied with any goods purchased from Wezandla, the goods may be returned for a full refund provided they are in the same condition in which they were received and are returned in this state within 2 weeks of date of delivery. Any transportation and postage costs associated with returns and/or exchanges shall remain the customer’s sole responsibility. Damaged Or Defective Goods
Should a customer receive any damaged or defective goods, notification in writing thereof must be received by Wezandla within 7 days of date of delivery. The notice must be accompanied by photographs reflecting the damage or defect complained of. Once the matter has been assessed, Wezandla undertakes to inform the customer of its determination within 48 hours. This may include, inter alia, an undertaking to send replacement goods to the customer at no additional cost or to refund the customer accordingly. These standard terms and conditions of Wezandla African Traders CC (“Wezandla”) shall apply in respect of each User of Wezandla’s website and any order placed by a User for goods using the said website.
PRICE & METHOD OF SUPPLY
The pricing displayed on Wezandla’s website is quoted in US Dollars for all orders outside of South Africa. Payments are to be effected by way of the PayPal payment gateway. Full payment of the purchase price for the goods together with the applicable delivery charges is required before any goods will be delivered to the customer.
